The IR-10M Acetone Monitor uses the Non-Dispersive Infrared sensing method to provide continuous and stable monitoring for acetone vapor concentrations. This model uses a single beam, dual wavelength detector, with an integral thermistor for temperature compensation to provide stable, long-term, and continuous monitoring. The thermal convection and diffusion of these sensors makes the monitor ideal for ambient air monitoring.

The instrument can be factory equipped with either a low or high range sensor. The standard power source is 2 AA batteries, which provides an 8-hour operating time. Internal, rechargeable batteries are also an optional configuration.
